We use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service for U.K. orders.

Our site uses a secure server in our on-line ordering process to protect your payment card or official order information.

PRIVACY POLICY

At The Northern Boys Club we're committed to protecting your privacy and only collect personal information about you lawfully, in accordance with the current UK Data Protection Act. The personal information we do collect about you means that we can process your order effectively and efficiently and to provide you with the best possible service.

We never store your credit or debit card details. We never disclose any of your personal information to any third party - although we reserve the right to co-operate with law enforcement agencies and have no legal liability in the case of such disclosures. We will always keep the information we store about you up to date and accurate. We will always strive to protect you personal information from unauthorized access. We use 'cookies', which will be stored by your browser to help facilitate the online shopping trolley. We don't use 'cookies' for any other reason.

Returns and Refunds

Upon purchasing an item from us, you will be entitled to seven day 'Cooling Off' inkeeping with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations.

We will happily exchange any item providing the item is, unused and still in it's original packaging - with swing ticket/tags still attached

After the 'seven day cooling off period' we do not offer refunds unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect/fault.

To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the steps below -

1. Contact us and let us know that you would like to return the product and quote the reason for doing so.

2. Upon receipt of your return request we will send you details of how the goods need to be returned.

Please ensure the item is in it's original packaging and is unused, with swing ticket/tags still attached.

If you are asked to post the goods back to us, you should obtain a 'Proof of Posting'. We regret that no exchange can be guaranteed unless proof of posting is supplied to us. Please note that, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot issue exchanges for goods that do not reach us.

This exchange policy does not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

The Northern Boys Club trades and aided by all rules and statutes laid out in the distance selling regulations.
